On a visit to the site, the Mayor of Loures, Ricardo Leão, acknowledged the great progress of the construction of the Integrated Social Unit of the Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa, a construction of JPA Construtora, at Avenida da República, Portela.

This project being developed by the Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa, with completion scheduled for the end of 2023, includes a residential structure for the elderly and a continued care unit, with a total of 80 beds. As well as, a second building intended to house the headquarters and other areas of the Parish Union of Moscavide and Portela.

During the visit, the mayor emphasized the relevance of this work, not only for the services that will be provided by the Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa and the new headquarters of the parish, but also by the requalification of the space itself, which will contribute to an improvement in urban terms and to increase the quality of life of the population.

In December 2021, JPA started a project for the Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa, in Portela – Lisbon.

This work consists of the construction of an Integrated Social Unit, which includes a residential structure for the elderly and a continued care unit, and may also be developed other associated responses, such as home support.

In this same location, a new Municipal Building for the Moscavide and Portela Parish Council will also be constructed, in which the headquarters and other services of the Moscavide and Portela Parish Council will be located.

This end-of-week, we were aboard a Lamborghini Gallardo GT3.
The JPA Construction attended the 36th. edition of the International Falperra Ramp to support the pilot Patrick Cunha Race Page, the best Portuguese of proof, and that secured first place in the European GT Category Mountain and the tenth place in the absolute classification of Falperra Ramp.

The new home of Aboim da Nobrega will open soon. The infrastructure is complete now being the direction of the Association to undertake the filling. According to the President, Nelson Dias, in the coming days, the filling of the home should be ready and the new space will open then. However, there is an obstacle that could delay the opening of the building: the protocol of cooperation with Social Security is not yet signed .. “The negotiations are well underway and will come to a successful conclusion but we just want to open the home when everything is ready” . Therefore, there is no certain date for the official opening of Home Aboim. Still, the direction is already taking applications for users, a sign that things are well underway and near the end …

It opened last Sunday, May 3, the Social Center and Parish of Moimenta.
